This Gothic Lolita style skirt is designed to be worn high on the waist. It has a side zipper closure with decorative ribbon lacing on the front, and ribbon lacing in the back (back lacing can be cinched in). Made of black cotton material with skulls and bows print, it has a layer of black tulle over the outside and another layer on the inside. This skirt fits waist measurements of 25 – 32 inches and is 18 inches long.
